Cancellation Policy

- Consultation schedule is assigned as per availability and there is a minimum waiting of 6 days. - All calls need to be booked in advance by making the complete payment. (EMI option for the consultation call is not available). - 50% amount will be refunded if Consultancy service is requested for a reschedule within 48 hours from the assigned call time. - No amount will be refunded if Consultancy service is cancelled or requested for a reschedule in less 24 hours from the scheduled call time. - RAPID CONSULTATION ( SOS ) is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. PLEASE NOTE: Consultation call is not a therapy session. It is designed to understand the treatment needs of the clients and help them understand the methodology unique to their requirement
